I want to say I founded the most wonderful and caring ultrasound technician that was kind of enough to make my day into a brighter day and he turned my frown from upside down to right side up by fixing my problem. He also made sure to go out his way to find me the right fax number and called to make sure it went through so I can get my paperwork work sign off by my doctor so I can start my new job. Very kind and thoughtful staff.
The employees were walking in the door at 8:00 am for my 8:00am appointment. I waited holding my pee since 7:45am the time they told me to be there, so I was there! The lights were off, the receptionist was not present. An accident on rt 78 was the excuse they used for their complete lack of professionalism.
