Dr Victoria Chen is fantastic! But the practice needs a major overhaul. They don’t ever have sick appointments available and it takes days of calling to get through to anyone on staff to schedule an appointment. I received a message that my bloodwork results are in I have called 8 times over a 3 hour period and just immediately get put on hold and no one ever picks back up. Sitting on hold at the moment for just over 8 mins so far.
I haven’t been to the dentist in 7 years. I was terrified to go back because of previous experiences with rude, aggressive, careless, and greedy dentists. This faculty completely changed my mind. They made sure to keep me in the loop at all times even narrating the cleaning. They never let any information fly over my head and they really do care about your dental heath.
