I have been a patient with this practice for about 5 years now. The nurses and Dr. are generally very nice. The front desk needs some help though because getting put on hold with long wait times is not a good look. Maybe a “your the first caller in line” type message or something would help that. I waited weeks for a follow up on a few simple questions and once I got the callback the voicemail was not clear.
