Completely incompetent. Continues to mess up the simplest things no matter how many times I tell them. I’ve had the wrong birth control given to me so many times I just gave in and switched because I was sick of having to call them literally every time to tell them it’s wrong. The always call the wrong number even though I’ve told them many times to change it. The front desk is useless
It's unfortunate because this place is super close to me but when you come in for an appointment and your sick they stick you out in a hallway to wait. Then when you get to doctor's appointment in the back they make you wait for over an hour. They jam the appointment time to close and then make you wait forever. Also good luck if they put you on hold because I've sat waiting for a solid 15mins and then sometimes they just hang up on you. And the front desk people are so rude to you. They need a major overhaul here!
I have been a patient with this office since Charlestown medical. It seems like I can never get an appointment with Dr Vandenberg anymore and the people in thw office are extremely rude. Just got off the phone with someone and not a goodbye or thank you. Just a ah huh! After 30 + years I think it's time to move on to a new primary!
I have had countless bad experiences with the staff and services here. I do not recommend this medical facility. The front desk staff are extremely rude and the doctors do not respond to messages, nor do they follow up on patients. A lot of what they do is just guess the solution and completely forgo testing like bloodwork or x rays to back up their diagnosis... which results in you staying sick longer and paying more money in co pays in the end. It really seems like $$ is all they care about at the end of the day.
Dr. Vandenburg - easily the sweetest, most attentive, understanding doctor I have ever had.
