Our experience with our minor child was sadly lacking in quality. We waited over a month for an initial appointment, which seems fair if a place is committed to a quality intake. The bills weren't delayed at all, however, and after three visits and $2800, we thought we were getting ripped off. I don't understand how they can get away with this and I will be consulting with my health insurance company and whatever other appeals mechanisms I have. I want to know one thing here...Is it going to take for someone to kill themselves or someone else for this facility to help with mental health issues? Do your jobs before something bad happens. My nephew needs help..Don't say that you weren't asked a million times or told there was an issue because this review will be screen shot as he is in your care now...If you release him and something happens to him or someone else you will be held liable.

Disappointing IOP Experience — A Promising Start That Took a Turn When I first met with the gentleman who completed my assessment, I had a very positive experience. I wish I remembered his name because he was wonderful. I felt genuinely listened to and understood, and I left the assessment feeling hopeful about starting the program. I did a good review just so the staff would like me better and nothing they will force you to speak even if you don’t want to or if your crying and tel lot that if you don’t speak they will call crisis on you (Reah/Therapist) and they will talk to you ONLY if you have Active SI thoughts and if you have a panic attack in there they lit won’t care they will stare at you ask you if your okay and if you say yeah they will just walk away,this is honestly the worst place ever to be at it felt like hell (I had to be at both PHP and... read more
