Really needs a manager that doesn't violate fair housing standards and keeps their personal criticism to themselves. Maintenance has yet to fix all but 2 things we specified on our move in list. when we discussed that with the manager she said they completed it. So my knowledge of maintenance never fixing is irrelevant because she's the manager and I'm just a customer.
