Fantastic experience with Niel. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. Encouraged a thorough walk around the car and long test drive. Really made it a great experience. The dealership is also very upscale.
Buying a car out of state has its hurtles and challenges. Thankfully, I had the help of Niel Hugo and a number of colleagues who made what could have been a difficult transaction easy. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I have had in my life! I was traveling out of state and had transmission light come on, not ideal scenario. But Dolores, service representative and Sayre, the mechanic, bent over backwards to help me out so I could complete my multi-state journey.
