My husband and I came in with our 9 month old baby girl looking to trade in my sedan for a bigger and safer family car. We had an awesome experience at Hunter Volvo when shopping for and purchasing a new 2025.5 XC90. From test driving with Jio to the final sale, the entire experience was super. The sales manager Shawn was great and communicated promptly and professionally after we left the dealership to ensure we found exactly the care we wanted. Niel Hugo was especially awesome. Fantastic experience with Niel. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. Encouraged a thorough walk around the car and long test drive. Really made it a great experience. The dealership is also very upscale.
Buying a car out of state has its hurtles and challenges. Thankfully, I had the help of Niel Hugo and a number of colleagues who made what could have been a difficult transaction easy.
