From day 1 after signing contracts have had nothing but trouble with administration. They won't reply to emails. When you call they promise to call back and never do. Keep saying things have progressed and have been caught out lying to our faces. Apparently our slab was meant to be done a month ago ready for install. Shed manufacture is about to be supplied and still no contact back. We did all the dirty work with DA. All we needed was a private Cc which took a couple of days once they finally did their job. Installation of very expensive custom carport done incorrectly. Installed 15&16/04/24. Installed too close to boundary, contravening council plans lodged by the company. Incorrect dimensions were built resulting in part of the carport not fully covering a car length and 3 of the 6 supporting columns located off footings underneath the slab. Barge supplied was not enough for the build so several sections of barge are not in place and build is not complete.
