This company installed new cables on our garage door - their recommendation. Cables snapped 5 days later: door stuck halfway down, tracks bent, unable to get door down or car out. Husband couldn't get his work vehicle out. This company - who actually did the work (faulty as it turns out) responded - can't get out for 5 days. Lucky a wonderful local company helped us out immediately. Then HVGD had the audacity to follow up for payment of their invoice - hence this review now.
Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the business model of this company. The secretary, Jane, responded unprofessionally when I questioned the scheduling system. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns, she allowed emotion to override professionalism. That is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. The manager, Boyd, was equally dismissive.
