We own Rock Bottom Transport, we deal with Hunter Peterbilt anytime we need parts for a truck. All the guys at Smithfield, clearfield,and butler are always very helpful and great to deal with.
I purchased a used 579 from Hunter and had a very positive experience. I flew in from out of town and Aaron C., the sales person I was working with, picked me up at the airport which was an hour away. Aaron made sure me and the truck were all set for the drive back to my home state. He was always available when I had questions about the truck before and after the sale. I would definitely work with Hunter again.
I had a terrible experience with this place. I called Hunter Truck – Uniontown for roadside service after my front tire blew off. The technician came out, didn’t fix anything, and just popped the tire back on the wheel, which had been completely destroyed — and the truck still wasn’t safe to drive. I helped him do the very minimal work that was done, and the whole thing took less than 30 minutes.
