Best shop experience. I pulled in a 9PM and had a diagnostic answer by 11 P. Parts truck rolled in at 11:13 and truck was back in the bay by 11:30. Office people and shop staff are also pleasant and helpful. The first Peterbilt shop that had a sense of urgency to get me back on the road. Excellent customer service.
Seth and the mechanic saved the day! Got me in the same day and they got me back on the road. Definitely recommend them!
Service is always quick
They were able to get my truck in right away and got my driver back on the road within a a few hours after de-rating. They also made sure his dogs were treated like royalty. Top notch service and communication!
