Scheduled consult at 1 pm today, paid the consult fee and I received no consult. I called twice, just to be told “oh yeah you should get your consult “ then proceeds to hang up and send any further calls to the voicemail. Then he finally calls at 1:17 pm just to argue with me alleging I didn’t pay the consult fee. Well, my bank statement shows I paid it and it was also paid well before the scheduled appointment. The lack of professionalism and the argumentative attitude is astounding.
