We received a good cash offer. Well, Let’s just say I chose the right title company. This Title company handled everything very professional and everything went smoothly. The Construction Company received their payment and there is No error as of today! Thank you.

I've done a few real estate transactions and usually the title companies barely know what they're doing and try to upcharge all kinds of nonsense. This is an actual attorney and not just an attorney but he's a judge, reasonably priced, told me he wasn't making me pay for unnecessary stuff, would never consider using anyone else in the future.
