**WARNING** ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING I will not reiterate a lot of what the others have said, and mind you, my family member was displaced, so renting this place was a bit of an emergency, kind of sight un-seen. What I will tell you the "townhome" they moved into just 1 week ago is something from some kind of reality show in some 3rd world country!! All this is absolute fact. Very Lackluster No washer, dryer hookups. Washing machine and dryer that are on site require payment. Heating and cooling barely, if at all, reaches second floor, i.e, however hot it is in the summer, is how hot your bedrooms are, and likewise in the winter. Other tenants are kind, and respectful, area is quiet, but the lack of on-site management as per designated office times and their poor response times through voice mail, and email, drag this living area down. Take heed, and I recommend searching elsewhere.

Look Elsewhere! Very old units with no space! No counter space! No cabinet space! Spiders are everywhere. Maintenance has stolen items from my backyard. No grace period on rent; ie: on 2nd of month you get notice and are charged late fee. Rain comes into unit under backdoor. Can hear neighbors phone ring! This place is for people on gov aid! It is a bad place to live! Owners or landlords are rude and they won’t fix things all the way! We have lived here a long time and it is horrible! Has thin walls, too noisy, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We always get blamed for stuff that goes wrong too!

Terrible Most tenants are great, but management and maintenance are awful. Landlord charges a "cash fee" for knocking on his door after hours and cannot be reached otherwise. They do not fix anything completely or in a timely manner. They do not understand the rights of tenants who have ESAs or service dogs. The units also do not have washer and dryer hookups, as advertised. I wouldn't suggest living here.

Nice Place Great place to live. Close to everything...pool, CVS, library, Post Office. Quiet during the day and at night. Fun community events. Management and maintenance live on premises. Well taken care of by someone who cares. Check it out yourself.

Hunter Ridge I've lived here now going on a year with my four sons. We have a two bedroom. We've had problems since we've moved in and they have yet to fix them . I've asked and asked but they rather fix the ones no one lives in for the sake of gaining money. They don't worry to much for the tenants that already live in than those who are moving in. I love having my own place I just wish I could get my apartment fixed the right way.
