As a current resident we had to undergo a bathroom renovation upon the insistence of this company. While we had given them multiple ranges of dates that would work for us for them to come in and do the job, they disregarded those and greatly inconvenienced us for this past week. Additionally, since we were "top priority" we were the first job of the day everyday and had to let the workers in at 8am. The office people don't really care about the people they are helping. I have been wanting to get payed back for a year for a leak. From the gutter that has leaves in it thay have not fixed in years. They don't fix very much. I hate having to talk to them about anything because they are not nice to me. Or anyone. I wish we could have a different company talking care of us.
