Derrick Smith is completly rude , keept me on hold over 30 minutes after they called me because i reached out on zillow for a property, i ened up hanging up because you cant find me an agent to talk to, then when one called me back 2 hours Derrick Smith he was the most unprofossional reasestate agent i ever delt with in my life. trying to sell me a property that should be condemed for top dollar and refuse to entertain cash offers. the proerpty needs $20,000+ to fix the safty problems with the back door alone.
