The quality and craftsmanship is very low and shoddy. Lots of bait and switch was done with my build. Wood floor was backordered and they gave me 2 days to find a replacement after having a specific vision. They tried to strongarm into using the ugliest red-toned hardwood floor and I had to go out and find the hardwood floor that I wanted after having picked out the perfect wood floor many, many months ago. Our new home at Gramercy Ridge is the 5th home we have have built. There were a few bumps along the path, but far fewer than have had with other homes and the issues were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Darlene, Carol, Mike, John and the rest of the staff were outstanding! I would highly recommend!
First time home builders here. Absolutely pleased and happy with absolutely every aspect of the process working with Hunter Pasteur. Carol is a superstar and was a wonderful introduction to the state of Michigan. Very happy to have had this experience with Hunter Pasteur and would gladly do it again.
