My cut is always flawless, and she makes the appointment so enjoyable. I always feel right at home and so comfortable chatting with her. I highly recommend her!"
Absolutely unacceptable experience. My favorite romper was destroyed with bleach during their service, and they refused to offer any form of compensation—no refund, no replacement, not even a discount. To make matters worse, I had already tipped 20% before realizing what happened. This lack of accountability is really sad 😔.
