The only reason I gave a 1 star is because I had to in order to post this review. I had my wisdom tooth removed by Avishal Ramphul and ended up in the hospital with a serious mouth infection. My stitches were not dissolvable as I was told, and I had to visit a private dentist to have them removed. I received no post-op instructions, medication, or mouth rinse guidance. Two months later, my tongue is still numb and my jaw remains painful. I will be extremely careful about where I go for dental care in the future.
on the 5th of December I called hoping for some help to book an appointment, a lady named nicole answered the phone I needed help. It’s truly so sad that I was treated very rudely and disrespectfully.
The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the dentist was super knowledgeable and gentle. I was a bit nervous about my appointment, but everyone made me feel at ease. The facilities were spotless and modern, and the treatment I received was top-notch. Highly recommend this dental hospital to anyone looking for excellent care and a stress-free experience!
