Traveled all the way to hunter mountain. We only got to ski for an hour before we got rained out. Asked for return vouchers from customer service and were immediately rejected without even finishing my sentence. Unprofessional staff, rude, not loyal to their customers. Any other mountain I have been to were happy to give a voucher for a return date and ski an entire day. Very upset after being a longtime customer. This is how they treat their customers.

Today was great, excellent coverage. Can't wait till tomorrow, snow guns should be off for few hrs so ppl can ride with good visibility.
If lifts tickets were cheaper it would be a 5 star mountain
