Dr Meyer most likely saved my husband's life, when he did laproscopic surgery and found Meckles Diverticulum. This is very rare with only 2% of people, in the world having it. Most of those being children 2 to 4 years old. My husband is 69. He has had trouble with nausea, vomiting, and just not being able to eat, for months, maybe even years. I have a hernia that is the size of a softball and is very painful. I’ve been doing my best to lose weight bc hernias seem to reoccur if obese ppl. I’ve lost 70lbs but this dr didn’t even seem to care about anything but that I’m still overweight and need to lose more weight before he will operate. I feel like all he saw when he looked at me was a fat girl. So I’m just expected to live with this painful large hernia I guess
