New parts hours are stupid. Drove an hr to get here to find out they are closed for July 5th. Don't deliver parts to any new accounts been with them 3 years. Won't give out part numbers so I can order online I dont get it. I've spent many tens of thousands of dollars and cannot get parts when needed.
Service was fast, service advisor was rude and threw phone on counter when he was unable to hear the other person. I hope I can deal with a different person if I return for further service/repairs.
Quick turn around on truck repairs very kind and reasonable service technicians.
Good people very knowledgeable, nice service and they do have a huge inventory of parts. Especiall thanks to David very friendly, very helpful. Nice atmosphere. Thanks to everyone at the parts department.
