I drove from new Mexico to New Jersey 40 straight hours. Walked in and asked for a oil change on my box truck. They got my Truck in and back to me great service from everyone there. They have two shifts and are open till 11 pm. Friendly and professional. Arroyo the manager helped me get set up and Matt the 2nd shift crew leader took care of the rest. Great job great price and did above and beyond the normal treatment from other shops. The best place around. Love this place and the service they give. Blessings to all
Everyone is nice and professional.I have no problems with their service. However, if you have a pet on the truck, be prepared to walk around for hours outside in the weather as no dogs allowed in Drivers lounge. No dogs allowed in stores or restaurants in the surrounding area. Not a pet friendly location. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of five. Never been to a dealership where I couldn't bring my pet to the drivers lounge.
If you need a repair at a dealership THIS is the place to go. Everyone there will go above and beyond to make sure things are done right. Very pleasant people to deal with.
