I am highly disappointed and frustrated on how my husband was treated with his new truck that was brought in. He brought it in for a code that was coming on they didn’t check the truck fully at all took the coolant out the truck and did not replace until he came to pick up truck and another code came on while mechanic tried to move it , lost the drain plug to the truck , destroyed the O ring then wanted to charge for a diagnostic test that they claimed they couldn’t find anything wrong with the truck! Spent $5300 on a transmission repair 2000 miles later back in a shop to pull transmission out for repair again this could have been avoided MTM was changed someone drop the ball on this one I ask for clutch to be checked was told that I was good and here we are
