Maintenance Nightmare
Bought a house that had a Hunter sprinkler controller. Requires app to work properly. Controller will not connect to app as serial number is required to connect and mine is assigned to another account (assuming previous owner). There is no reset option. The website literally says the solution is to call the previous account holder and have them remove. Every other device I have in the home can be easily transferred- but not this. These stay with homes and to design them where you can’t easily switch owners is beyond stupid. ... read more
