I would say the only reason why they have a higher rating is because they're not presented with many challenges. My Elantra posed a challenge and they had my car for 2 months and couldn't figure it out. Instead of admitting they couldn't crack it, they left me hanging for all that time, had me pick it up on two separate occasions with promises that it was fixed and it wasn't.
