Terrible! Not only did James Hunter not now what the current payroll tax rates were but every phone call I made or my employees made was charged to my account at a rate of approx. \$180 an hour. They also charged me over \$800 to do some simple research on inheritance tax (something they should already know). They ended up with the same info we had in the first place. Total rip off.
