Terrible! Not only did James Hunter not now what the current payroll tax rates were but every phone call I made or my employees made was charged to my account at a rate of approx. \$180 an hour. They also charged me over \$800 to do some simple research on inheritance tax (something they should already know). They ended up with the same info we had in the first place. Total rip off. After I expressed my concern, they were unavailable every time I called. How convenient. Let s see they also printed out the wrong payroll repor... read more
