I have been in my apartment for over a year. I have had no roaches (they would starve as I am very clean)... Laundry machines break down alot due to serious overload by residents, and a few other building issues that are normal with ANY apartment building are addressed as quickly as possible. The Security has made serious improvements and it's appreciated. Coleman's on-site workers are terrific. The star of this place is Cindy the Property Manager.
