Matt was awesome to work with and helped us uncover every possible issue we were going to potentially have going forward. Most impressive though is how he is willing to bend over backwards to help new homeowners. His expertise in old homes, their construction, and restoration is invaluable along with the network of restoration professionals he's accquired!
We love Matt and Hunter Home Inspection. Matt is very careful and thorough. The service, professionalism, and quality of work is as good as it gets. He even came back to our new home, after we had already moved in, to help us address things we didn't see while we were still in the buying process. To take the cake, he even helped temporarily repair our leaky roof! Totally not his job!!
Matt took his time explaining areas of concerns. He made it clear where he knew where there were issues and where we might want to get a second opinion on something. 10/10 would have hims inspect a home I was going to purchase again.
Matt was awesome!! Very friendly service and extremely thorough ! Walked me through the entire house explained in detail all issues and potential remedies. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
