The staff is very polite and helpful and cares deeply about the veteran here. A group of us went there to visit and serve the veterans lunch, and they were so supportive. God bless them for the work they do
Oh reason, I leave 4 stars ’s is because there’s always room for improvement. However my first visit to this hospital, ER, was ideal. It’s what you expect from a professional setting. Yeah, there’s some laughing and joking from the nurses amongst themselves & etc…just enjoying and making the best of their shifts. I get it, but when it came down to business, strictly professionals. I've been using this facility only for my service connected disabilities since 1995. I've had at least 6 surgeries here and have recieved excellent care and treatment associated with those events....except for this last one in June 2025. I have no complaint with the surgeon, but the after care staff appears to be a product of DEI, as it was way below the standards I had experienced in the past. Ward 2E is a dump; there are gas station restrooms cleaner than the room I was in. Pain meds were almost none excistant. One nurse w... read more
