When you try to get ahold of any clinic the operator just loops you back to the beginning of the tele system to avoid work.
Parking still sucks. Have to come in a hour early before any appointments just to find parking or wait for valet to take and park your car. Other than that wait time for my appointment has improved. I don't wait for hours to see a doctor but do have to wait a lifetime to get medicines.
