the owners and managers are abusive. they enter your apartment and steal from you they bang and slam on your door and pretend like they are breaking in at100 pm at night. one super was even selling cocaine-crack to children. that super was also a stalker. they spread rumorss around that their tenants are prostitutes when in fact they were college grads and grad student. most tenants are placed their by the state. the yare not flood victims
The apartments are very large and upgraded.It also is in a great location.Maintaince staff is very helpful
I move around alot for work and I have to say the staff is one of the best I have ever dealt with.The units are layed out very nice and are updated which is rare to find.I would recommend this place to anyone.
I moved in last year and was pleasantly suprised at how quiet and peaceful the property is.It is also convenient to shopping centers and major highways( 78,31,202, 287).The office and maintaince staff are very helpful and prompt with maintaince issues.The apartments are all upgraded and are suprisingly large.
I have been living at Hunter Hills for 2 years now and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff has responded quickly anytime I have called them. the location is convienent,apartments clean & updated. It has been an overall good experience.
