The receptionist at Hunter Gynaecology was super polite and friendly. I had a pleasant experience visiting this clinic
I highly recommend Dr Brett Locker of Hunter Gynaecology. I recently underwent surgery for my stage 3 endometriosis. The surgery went well and Dr Locker was very attentive to my aftercare. Prior to surgery, he was thorough and the staff at reception were also informative and caring.
Honestly I am never one to complain, this is the first review I have written in my life but this has really got to me. The customer service is disgusting, communication between staff members is non existent. One of the staff members lied to make me look like I was in the wrong when she made a mistake, and both tried to intimidate me. Followed up with no apologies. Joke of a staff selection hunter gynaecology.
