I'm a tenant of Hunter Glen, and I must say the landlords are the most intrusive people toward their tenants. They will pick up cigarette butts and put them in a baggie and hang them on your door if they think they're yours. You're not allowed to use nails on the walls to hang pictures, instead you must use the removable tab hooks, which won't hold much, particularly not a mirror. And your outdoor cubicles must not contain anything taller than the fence line. Also, no central air.
