Terrible patient experience! They missed scheduled my husband surgery and instead booked him for a consultation, they charged us for copayment of an unnecessary doctor appointment … then, they told us the copayment will be reimbursed… did not happened … on a second visit to the office we asked for it and the person in charge did not even come to the front desk to talk to us and told us WE need to talk to the insurance … so their mistake, we need to spend time fixing it ….
