I was very disappointed with the service I received. When you are providing equipment for people with disabilities and the elderly, kindness, patience and understanding are incredibly important. Unfortunately, I found the staff member I dealt with to be rude, dismissive and lacking in compassion. People accessing these services may already be going through difficult or vulnerable circumstances, and they deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Do you take in second hand equipment ?
Thanks for wheelchair and equipment 4 items $50' for 3 months.good price great service
Friendly, helpful people. It saved buying a bath-board when it was only needed for a short time. $50 for three months was good, but sadly no discount for "graduating" from it nearly two months early. Finding the place in the hospital grounds, and getting a parking spot was unnecessarily difficult.
