Mr Hunter inspected a home for myself prior to buying in Franklin NC and a few items were found 7-5-2020. The property was placed for sell and again Mr.Hunter was given the inspection for buyers and found items that should habe been on the first report which were not. I would not recommend his services and file a complaint with the home inspection board of NC.
