Buses are out of date, very odd smell from patient compartment, outdated equipment and so forth. Was working at wood haven one night and a hunter crew came in and had one of the emts yell at one of the residents because she her call wasn’t important to them. I went with them to the hospital and the emt in the back was just a dick. Honestly I’ve seen other emts but these guys were unprofessional
My compliment and sincere thanks to the crew who responded to my home in Massapequa and evaluated/transported my wife to St. Francis Hosp on 12/20/17. They were professional and courteous! An excellent example of what an ambulance crew should be. They were very thorough, courteous and respectful. What more could you ask for? Please extend my thanks & appreciation to these fine gentlemen. KUDOS!!!
Very professional, and the trucks were immaculate, I was very happy with how kind and compassionate the emt was to me, and how they helped keep me calm. Thankyou so much for your help, your a huge asset to our community �
