We returned to our house in Aurora this afternoon after a week out of town, only to discover our heater was not running and obviously had not been for some time. The temperature indoors was about 40 degrees. After finding we wouldn’t be able to fix it ourselves, our landlords called Hunter Emergency Furnace Repair and scheduled an appointment within a four hour time frame (between 5pm-9pm). Had a technician scheduled and was given a 4 hour time window to expect them. Called back after hearing nothing for 3.5 hours and was put on hold for 45 minutes while they ‘contacted the technician.’ Ended the call and called back again, this time to be told there was no appointment scheduled and that the soonest someone could be out was in 2 days. From the time the receptionist answered the phone to the time the technician arrived, my experience with these folks was professional, thorough, respectful, interested in my needs, and pleasant, and the pricing was affordable. They came highly recommended, and this was my first time using them. I'm now a regular customer!
