It has been a long journey with us at Hunter Creek, as we are into year 5 with my resident. As his Power of Attorney, I have worked to achieve and maintain the best care possible, but it has not been easy. At this point it is probably closest to ideal, and I know HC staff are doing what they can for him. I’m currently in Rehab at Hunter Creek Health and Rehab, my services has been good, I want to thank LaTasha Wright the ADON for everything she has done, I had an issue that she took care of for me without any questions asked. She is a wonderful nurse and headed on a great path
Nicole was very welcoming and was able to answer our medicaid questions.
I found working with the facility, particularly Nicole Averette, was very beneficial! She is very knowledgeable and works with the Medicaid office to get clients eligible for coverage.
I am currently in the process of looking for a facility for my loved one. What I liked if the fact that I didn’t have to call over and over or wait an unnecessary amount of time on the phone. I got through right away. I think her name was Melody who answered. She had a very positive attitude and got me transferred to Nicole Averette.
