It is with regret that I write this negative review of Hunter Collision Center. After scheduling for the repair of our Ioniq 5 and delivering our car to the shop on 12/2/24, we did not get our car back for more than 90 days. We can understand supply chain problems, but the issue with this repair was with the management’s complete failure to communicate accurately and truthfully what was going on with our car. Hunter Collision Center did a great job repairing what originally seemed minor damage from a fender bender turned into significant damage to the suspension system. Jose Castellanos kept me informed and also took care of everything with the insurance company. He gave very responsive, efficient, pleasant service.
