Absolutely absurd. I called last week to ask to extend my payment due date and was told , “on the recorded line” no I’m not able to, and that I can just call the following week if I want and pay an additional 35$fee on top of my monthly payment, I was just straight lied to , they are now telling me I have to pay almost 800$ to reactivate it. And it’s an entire different policy. Iv been a customer for years, my sister died and I had a payment issue once for less than a week , even called to make sure it was fine to do beforeh... read more
Tried to call the local office. But got transferred to Georgia. Auto policy was cancelled even though I'd previously submitted a payment request. Trying to reinstate and premium was > 50% higher. Not a happy Geico customer. Going elsewhere.
