Read before doing any business with them! Beware of this place! This company is run by some crooked people. They will stiff contractors and even their previous clients (if they decide to go with other realtors). Khoi Le is nothing but a bully who plays a victim for his own gain. He stiffed me out of a payment and stopped responding. So did his partner. I will highly recommend you to avoid this business based first hand knowledge I have after working with them. I have waited long enough to write this review. I have worked for Hunter Chase for almost three years. The owner/partner Khoi Le and Mick Burke did not pay my wages for almost 9 months. They seem to stop responding to my hundreds of emails and texts. Khoi mentioned that work had not been done properly but over a 15 month period I was paid inconsistently (mostly back payments). Khoi Lee and Hunter Chase Realty own the boarded up property at 229 Turman st NE. Vagrants camp there and use drugs leaving needles, feces and trash. Hunter Chase has not secured the property to prevent this nor do they come by frequently to check on the property and move the vagrant camps despite that their office is only a half mile away and the property posted no trespassing. No responsibility.
