VERY PROFESSIONAL GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Hunter Wrecker towed my car after an accident last week. The driver was very professional and very helpful during a bad situation. I would recommend Hunter's to anyone.
Long lost truck I discovered Hunters after my vehicle was stolen from my house last month. The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department located the stolen vehicle and had it taken to Hunters. Needless to say when I arrived, I wasn't too happy to be there, but the staff was polite and professional. They did charge me 100.00 to get my car, but hopefully I will get that back soon.
never call hunter wrecker If the cops call them dont let them hook up to your car! They are very rude and try to lie and say you must use them. You do not have to use them after a wreck. He hooked up to our vehicle before we confirmed a price. His boss hung up on me. Worst customer service ever. They run their business illegally.
