Don't bother calling them. Although the techs are nice and seem to be knowledgeable, the person who answers the phone has no clue about good customer service. This person was rude on no less than three separate occasions and really couldn't seem to care one way or the other if I used their services or not.
Unfortunately I wish I had the chance to comment on the workmanship of this company but I did not even get the chance. I was scheduled for a technician to come out yesterday and was told they would be calling me when they were on their way, by 4:30 no call no show. I called this morning and this was the conversation between me and the secretary: Me: “Yeah I called yesterday and you told me a technician would come fix my heater and they never showed up or called” Secretary: “um yeah they got backed on their calls so they aren... read more
