The worst service for transport in the Bronx. always have issues at Montefiore with them. dad had surgery today and needed to rest at home. set up for a 6pm pick up. it's 11pm and nowhere in sight. screw you guys, I guess patient care is not a priority. my 4 yr old is waiting for me to get home for bedtime routine and I am having surgery at 5am.
Blocked driveway for 30+ minutes for nonemergent case. I asked the driver "how long" and she just shrugged "dunno" and walked away. 12/10 Woodside, NY 4Pm
Hunter has not been giving the proper equipment to deal with covet19 patients and they will not give grabs "which is something to eat " when you ask . They're working 12 and 13 hour shifts without eating. So much for treating your first responders like we matter

WarnIng!!!!! The most unprofessional service. They roughly handled my fragile grandmother.The worker mouth was so vulgar , when asked to please bring it down her response "I'm Italian will loud and we curse." I'm absolutely disgusted with this company and I'm currently working with the legal team to make sure such people are not in this business. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.
