DISGUSTING I don't live here, nor would i ever! the people are super friendly in the office and its not until you start walking around and talking to tenets that a very clear picture is painted, one that is COMPLETELY different from managements. COCKROACHES are infesting the whole area, out of 13 separate tenets i talked to all said the same thing. Amazing Help This site has helped me find some very nice places, I'm so happy I found it because without it I'd be a complete walking disaster! Walking,or driving to places now to go house hunting is horrible and here they help you tonz!thank you apartments.com!
close to everything The Rivers Edge apartments are close to almost everything. An elementary school is 3 blocks away. A 24 hour gym is a cross the street. Easy access to HWY 99. The apartment is gated. There are 2 swimming pools and hot tubs. The grounds are well maintained. All apartments have washer and dryer hook ups, dish washer, central heating and air, and fire place.
Great Two Bedroom Size Great size for a two bedroom/two bath apartment with included washer/dryer hookup. Open kitchen with a breakfast bar. Private patio off second bedroom. Private and quiet. Two pools at either end of complex with a washer/dryer room available at one of the pools. Even though the complex is next to the freeway, it is very quiet as are the neighbors. This is the place for me.
Quite and Clean I have now been living at the Huntcliffe for a little over month. Management is quick and reliable in having maintenance attended to quickly and professionally. The grounds are kept clean and common areas well maintained. I would definitely recommend this complex.
I have NOTHING bad to say, Loved my apartment!! So I moved here in 2013 despite the bad reviews I read. I somehow ended up visiting the apartments & the manager Elvie was very warm & welcoming. She immediately showed me her model apartment & I loved it. I was very honest with her and told her I was very skeptical about coming there because of the bad reviews I read, she was honest with me, and told me what I believe to have been the truth.
