Terrible to Rent Here If you value your money, please don’t ever consider renting this place. They’re only nice to you when you’re signing a contract with them. The next day they won’t even talk to you. Because either they have something important to take care of or need somewhere important to be. The manager, Dee, is a horrible person. She never listens to whatever you have to say. They take money from you under different terms. This Place has Gone Downhill I lived here for five years. It used to be nice quite community well cared for with effective manager. However, over years this place has changed a lot unfortunately not for the better. Just take a walk around you can see building and landscaping poor condition. But main issue is dealing with management they are unresponsive, unprofessional and unethical. My advice is STAY AWAY
Terrible. My sister had moved into these apartments a few months ago and it was one of the worst experience. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The place is POORLY kept and there are ROACHES EVERYWHERE. My sister had put down $4000+ to move in and didn’t stay not ONE night in her apartment. No matter how many times they bombed the unit there were still roaches!!!! This is a health and safety hazard especially considering she has two little ones of her own. It’s disgusting.
Excellent This apartment is excellent. The interior is great. Although they should make the dog park a little bigger. But although for starters its great.

Great neighborhood Went there in the middle of the afternoon and spoke with Pam and then Della (D). After a few moments, Della found a perfect apartment for me, good price, and perfect move in date that worked great with my move out date in Sacramento. I am so pleased with the service both of the gals gave me. Well recommended.
Don't bother with this awful place Not family friendly. Can'tuse safety plugs in electical sockets. Homeless people dog throught the trash and sleep in the laundry room. Repairs take a lot of of bugging to get schedile and always get canceled (you won't be informed of the canelation until day of when you call asking where they are.
Don't live here The space for a two bedroom was fine, nice having laundry in your apartment however the place is full of drug addicts, homeless come through and steal from your patios and throw trash everywhere. You have one covered parking space that guest consistently park in or they are parking along the fire lane blocking you from getting out. Told management about it they just tell you call the cops. Old building. Mice and roaches Next to the freeway is nice for convenience, however, loud. Constant homeless problem rummaging through garbage. Gate rarely locked and/or closed. Not a very good neighborhood, especially if you have children. Would be a nice a partment for someone starting out maybe with a room mate or something. Not worth the price at all. The place is very poorly kept when we first moved in it was obviously because we were desperate for a place to call home but I've learned my lesson to inspect thoroughly before ever moving into a new place. The room doors are not fitted properly and are too small for the door frame so they just push open.... The cabinets in my apartment were falling apart and seems like they were just glued back up so now they have just fallen back off, my screen door and wooden door must have been kicked in from previous tenants so when the... read more
