UPDATE!! Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. It was Good at first. But I hate the fact I cant get in touch with no one is hard. Having issues with the app and my bank. Them not answering costed me extra Feed because of it.
Zero stars. We went without air conditioning for over 20 days during the peak of summer, and it took David Morris and his team an unreasonably long time to finally address the issue. After multiple requests for some form of compensation, we were offered just a $200 rent credit, but it could only be applied to the final month of our lease, which is still more than a year away. We went without air conditioning for over 20 days during extreme heat before David Morris and his team finally fixed it. After having to repeatedly ask for compensation, they offered a $200 deduction—but only on our last month’s rent, which is 17 months away..... I reached out multiple times to ask if the deduction could be applied sooner, but it took over 38 days to get a response, and only after I followed up again.
