Too iffy about if you qualify to live here or not goes up on the rent every single year of more than people on Social Security get a raise going to renovate and then make you start over as a new tenant even after being here for years just a warning before you put in for an apartment
I have good friend that lives there and it's not a good place. Kids screaming, doors slamming, loud music from cars, trash bags outside doors. He has had problems with management on getting problems fixed. I'm talking months or years to get things fixed or replaced.
I have used their "get quote" link to try and get some information since they don't want to provide anything on their website, but they apparently don't check their email as it has been weeks and I have gotten no response from them. Their lack of professionalism on this matter has turned me away from wanting to live there. Companies like this should not be in business especially in today's society.
