Never received my results. But while I was there they were nice.
Horrible experience. And I have yet to get a call about an Xray that was done. No results on what to do. The provider (Paul, PA) or anyone at the office never replied. I called multiple times to get Xray results. I was constantly told “the radiologist has not read it yet”. Luckily, I work in healthcare and was able to access Xray report and knew what to do after working in orthopedics for years. And after receiving the report, I saw the radiologist read it after it was done.
They were compassionate and showed concern for my problem. I would recommend it and go back if needed.
I didn’t have to wait long to be taken to the exam room and didn’t have to wait long to be seen. To me that was great for a Saturday morning.
