Everyone was wonderful. But THE DR is clueless with COVID. She didn't even know that your lungs having a burning feeling is COVID. That is a big symptom. DISAPPOINTED In my care. But otherwise it was great
The staff was super helpful and caring. I had a laceration on the thumb of my dominant hand that still needed pressure. I wasn't able to sign in or fill out paperwork so the sweet lady at the desk did it all for me. My BP was high and they took it 4 times;before, during and after to make sure I was good to go. The PA also followed up with a phone call a few days later to check on my healing and made sure it wasn't getting infected.
I am more than pleased with the care that I recieved from your very professional service. I thank you so much.
