Dr Seesay is amazing but the front desk lady is rude. I never understood how you could work in a field that's supposed to help people and have a bad attitude, I guess she's been doing it too long that she has no empathy for people. The doctor is great but just trying to get through the front desk is so frustrating makes it makes you want to find another doctor. Have a little class.
Long wait. Almost 2-hours before being seen. There was no one in the waiting area when I arrived. Then a lady and her two boys walked in. I understand e-check in. However, I felt uninformed about how long the wait would actually be.
I’ve had an opportunity to attend this clinic several times in the last year each time I’ve been the staff has been not only expeditious, but caring and helpful as well, the last time that I went I had a Michael that attended to my needs. He listened to my concerns and helped to take care of my issue quickly in a manner that I appreciate it greatly I would recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in the fate or surrounding area.
The environment was good.
